Are you a coffee enthusiast with a knack for delivering high-quality brews? We’re on the lookout for dedicated Baristas to join our dynamic team!
Your Role:
• Perfect the art of roasting coffee beans and brewing top-notch coffee and tea.
• Craft and present beverages following our unique recipes and portion control standards.
• Prep ingredients and ensure beverage stations are always clean and organized.
• Collaborate with teammates, attend training, and actively participate in team meetings.
• Provide support across different areas based on team leader assignments.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: $2,300 - $2,500
• Meal allowance of $180/month + one complimentary staff drink per working day
• Employee discount & medical benefits (after confirmation)
• Up to $600 annual bonus (payable in December)
• 45-hour work week with a 1-hour meal break, including a 5-day rotating shift schedule.
• Opportunities to work on Sundays and public holidays as needed by the team.
• Will be eligible to receive one time confirmation bonus SGD 500 after 3 months probation period.
Shift Details:
• Regular hours: 9am-11pm (Mon-Sat), 12pm-10pm (Sun & PH)
• Working hours include maintenance and ensuring stock levels are up-to-date.
