We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our APAC Engineering Networks team. This role is located in Singapore – HYBRID.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Cisco ACI Design, Implementation and manage:
Design, plan, and implement Cisco ACI solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and deploy ACI fabrics, policies, and application profiles.
Network Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced-level support for network-related issues, including ACI-related incidents.
- Cisco SDWAN Design, Implementation and manage:
Design, plan, and implement Cisco SDWAN solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and deploy SDWAN vManage/ vSmart, vBond and relevant policies.
- Communicating and collaborating with key global technology teams, ensuring that best practices and standards are agreed at a global level and deployed regionally for all compute initiatives.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to other team members to elevate and improve their technical knowledge and application of skills across a range of relevant services.
- Provide coverage for a standard weekday shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with additional overtime and weekend work as necessary.
