About Our Client
Our client specializes in logistics properties, focusing on developing and managing state-of-the-art facilities tailored for the supply chain and distribution needs in the Asia-Pacific region.
Job Description
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Handle month-end closing, which involves processing month-end journals and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated management and statutory financial reports, ensuring compliance with Group reporting deadlines.
- Oversee GST returns, withholding tax reporting, and the preparation of FATCA and CRS returns.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
- Interact with internal and external parties, including tenants, suppliers, investors, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulators.
- Ensure that systems and procedures comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide training on the accounting system to new staff in Finance and other departments.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in similar position
- Preferably has experience in Yardi, SAP or Oracle accounting system and Real Estate knowledge
