Job Description:
- Quantity Surveying Expertise: Proficient in Quantity Surveying tasks including tender taking off, processing, and formulating progress claims and claims certification.
- Education: Holds a Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or similar roles, with a solid understanding of construction details and processes.
- Language Skills: Efficient in both English and Mandarin for effective communication.
- Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work Ethic: Capable of working independently and as a key member of the Contracts Team.
