Supply Chain Executive
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Executive to join our team . This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth supply of finished products across the Asia Pacific region . The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage demand planning, inventory control, and support operations to ensure effective supply chain management.
Position Details:
- Position Title: Supply Chain Executive
- Reports To: Planning Manager
- Location: Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (May require working outside of assigned hours occasionally)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning:
- Lead the operations planning process and collaborate with Planning, Marketing & Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Prepare inventory replenishment plans and work closely with country presidents and customer service to confirm.
- Enter distribution orders (DO) in ERP and coordinate with planners and shipping executives for timely delivery to regional warehouses.
- Regularly review inventory status in regional warehouses and take corrective action as necessary.
- Work with tollers and affiliated manufacturing sites for seamless supply chain operations.
2. Inventory Management:
- Receive purchased products in ERP for both inventory and drop shipments.
- Perform inventory transactions and manage aging or expired stock in regional warehouses, working with country presidents to address issues.
- Lead stock takes in regional warehouses and actively contribute to the analysis of sales and stock data, generating relevant reports.
- Manage master data and conduct site audits in collaboration with the QA team.
3. Operations Support:
- Participate in key projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and operations.
