This role will be part of Platform and Transformation team, supporting CLM project. CLM project’s objective is to streamline end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management journey that encompasses leads, prospecting, client onboarding, client servicing, client review and offboarding.
The CLM – APO cum tester will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives that looks at people, process, and platform bank-wide.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and facilitate/manage a working group (WG) of cross-functional members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes and requirements across stakeholders such as Front Office, Client Onboarding team, Operations, Compliance, Technology etc.
- Analyze and define business requirements for the CLM project based on the workflows/ process flows shared. This includes definition of user journeys and screen wireframes
- Conduct detailed user acceptance testing on the features iteratively and document it
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders based on the project roadmap
- Work closely with Technology team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies
- Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase
- Assist with responses to queries, clarifications and other support related to CLM project business requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a tester, in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects (at least 10 years’ experience, 3 of which should be within CLM)
- Experience working in the Private Banking space (at least 3 years’ experience)
- Strong understanding of client onboarding and lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and/ or define business requirements independently
- Previous experience with hands-on UAT
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using project management and documentation and Agile related tools such as JIRA
- Knowledge on user stories preparation and Agile related artifacts and ceremonies
