1. Oversee and manage all operational activity, schedules, and systems related to the business.
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining operational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3. Analysing day-to-day operations, managing staff workloads and resources to meet service level agreements, and ensuring that regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
4. Mentor and train staff in areas such as security software and protocols, application and access control, and incident response.
5. As a member of the management team, Operations Manager will recommend organizational strategies and objectives, create and maintain budgets, analyze operational data, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company goals are achieved.
6. Possess excellent management and communication skills and be familiar with a wide range of information technology and security tools and best practices.
