Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and attend to visitors
- Ensure the guests are well-served
- Ensure overall office cleanliness
- Arrange outgoing mails / courier services and handle incoming mails
- Handle travel arrangement and arrange meetings/conferences
- Prepare expenses claims & invoices
- Manage stationery/pantry supplies when required
- Maintain & update records of office fixed assets etc
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of receptionist & admin experience in corporate environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant personality & pro-active
- Good team player & able to interact well with all levels of staff
