Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide the ocean market analysis and advisory to sales teams
- Ensure effective communication with internal/external Partners
- Support and focus on Trade Lane growth
- Monitor Price movement in Asia
- Manage and establish the amicable relationships with multiple carriers
- Negotiate the ocean freight for Ex. Intra-Asia to worldwide trades for LG/LX group and MNC accounts’ volume with ocean carriers’ HQ & RHQ channels and local carriers’ offices
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ocean freight within the international freight forwarding industry / 3PL or ocean container liners.
- Negotiation skills to utmost the rate competitiveness
- Experiences to manage ocean products especially on Asia to Europe/Mediterranean and Africa trades
- Skill of analyse the ocean liners’ market information
