Responsibilities
-Assist Restaurant Managers in overseeing and maintaining the seamless day-to-day operations of the outlet.
-Lead and manage a team of service staff, ensuring service and food standards are consistently met and exceeded.
-Deliver courteous and efficient food and beverage services, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
-Take responsibility for the quality of service, products, and cleanliness within the outlet.
-Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and customer-centric manner.
-Manage reservations and optimize table allocations to maximize seating capacity.
-Possess in-depth knowledge of the restaurant's offerings to effectively address guest queries and provide recommendations.
-Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, attending to their needs and assisting with baggage when possible.
-Provide detailed explanations and recommendations regarding food and drinks selections based on guest preferences.
-Display a general understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions to facilitate personalized recommendations.
-Proactively gather feedback from guests to continually enhance their dining experiences.
-Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring both the restaurant and personal grooming meet exceptional standards.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
-Perform any additional duties as assigned by Management.
