Roles & Responsibilities
Description
- Supervise and train housekeepers
- Plan and prepare the roster and work schedules for the department
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation
- Control stock of cleaning materials and toiletries
- Check all housekeeping machinery monthly
- Arrange and follow up on any maintenance as when and where required
- Supervise the linen room operations as when and where required
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of similar experience
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures and use of chemicals / cleaning agents
- Must be hands-on when required
- Positive work attitude, teamplayer, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
