Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the Sales & Marketing Assistant position.
Summary:
Assists with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting audience feedback, creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers, and conducting market research to understand the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support (e.g. Point-of-Purchase signs) to Outlets.
- Co-ordinate with Sales Management to conceptualize and implement marketing plans.
- Develop and create marketing collaterals.
- Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials.
- Maintain and updated company’s webpage.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentation if requested.
- Prepare Sales Report.
- Manage and process daily and weekly sales product.
- Update inventory movements in system.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Attend to other ad-hoc sales and marketing reports and activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably Marketing/Mass Communications of equivalent Diploma Holder.
- Meticulous in work, tactful and ability to interact with different levels of people.
- Good time management to meet up with deadlines.
- Well-versed with computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, etc.
