Job Description

  • Answering to phonecalls, whatsapp and emails from customers for job order requests
  • Responsible for operating the weighing bridge, ensuring that each vehicle can be weighed in a timely manner and recording the weight record.
  • In charge of taking photo/video of disposal record for customers
  • Provide supporting documentation/certificate for customers
  • Planning and execution of drivers/crews work schedules
  • Address and resolve scheduling issues by coordinating and managing various stakeholders to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Upkeeping of vehicle and equipment maintenance matters including vehicle/ equipment monitoring and repair, servicing, insurance, reporting etc.
  • Maintain and update reports for NEA, recycle and waste etc on a timely basis.
  • In-house class 3 backup driver
  • Participate in yearly ISO/ OHSAS certification
  • General administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good command of English (read and write)
  • Able to communicate English & Mandarin in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Team player
  • Able to work under pressure with good adaptability and initiative
  • Class 3 driving license & knowledge on local map reading will be an added advantage
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience
  • 5 days’ work week with occasional work on Saturdays.
