Job Description:
- [ ] Coordinating and ensuring smooth running of daily canteen operation
- [ ] Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- [ ] Maintain and upkeep good personal hygiene and sanitation according to food handlers’ requirements as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace
- [ ] Responsible for training new employee providing them with necessary skills to excel in their job.
- [ ] Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- [ ] Prior F&B Supervisor and Managerial experience will be advantageous
- [ ] Competent in MS Words, Outlook, Excel, G-Suite/Google Workspace
- [ ] Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- [ ] A valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate is a must
- [ ] Fast-paced environment
