- Capable of traveling within the ASEAN region and responsible for effectively implementing sales strategies and plans to meet individual and team goals.
- Develop and enhance assigned accounts to boost overall sales and profitability, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and creating new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, profit goals, and strategic objectives for the designated regions.
- Provide strategic direction, vision, and action plans to enhance customer loyalty and sales within ASEAN for Products & Solutions.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the Country Growth Plan for ASEAN and Oceania.
- Seek to acquire new customers in ASEAN and Oceania.
- Expand our system integrator and distribution network within the ASEAN market.
- Conduct monthly reviews with distributors to identify early project opportunities in ASEAN.
- Monitor debts and manage collections.
- Engage in active sales visits with distributors, consultants, system integrators, panel builders, and end users.
