The Role:

• To generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts.

• Serve as the primary interface with customers, handling daily tactical business matters including production planning, logistics, purchasing, finance, and customer service issue resolution.

The Account Manager (Import) will oversee customer service and operations for all international air import freight activities, ensuring compliance with industry and government standards. This onsite role includes managing the entire freight movement process, from origin to customs clearance, with a strong focus on import procedures and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the collection and delivery of freight for international air imports.
• Manage operational, routing, and customer service responsibilities for assigned shipments.
