Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination and liasing with Licensee to facilitate audit
• Audit of costs data and work processes for price review
• To assess and review reasonableness of cost data
• Documentation of audit activities
• Review and report audit findings
• Working closely with external stakeholders to provide data for cost modelling
• To develop cost models for price review
• Study and analyse quarterly financial statements and review financial performance
• Provide market scan and analyse data for comparison from bloomberg

• Experience in handling vendor's quotations or invoices and/or experience in handling financial/accounting data would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Handle and maintain full set of accounts, which include Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) closing and reporting.
• Process invoices in a timely manner and follow up with suppliers when required.
• Validate with supporting documents and posting of supplier invoices.
• Prepare payment voucher for invoices posted and ensure timeliness in payment.
• Handle suppliers’ queries related to payables.
• Process tax payments.
• Monitor, clear and follow up on long outstanding balances.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
• Reconcile inventories with third party warehouse system.
• Timely preparation and submission of GST returns, cash flow forecast and income tax.
• Processing of shipments in SAP shipments module.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to details, accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines in a fast pace working environment.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (8:30am – 6:00pm) Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Job Scopes

· Extract data reports to facilitate audit

· Review audit reports and make the necessary adjustments to ensure accurate subsidy disbursement

· Liaise with auditors/centres/parents on outstanding audit queries

· Refine guidelines on subsidy administration from subsidy application to audit of centres

· Assist in the review of public feedback and appeals, and communication materials

· Ad-hoc projects and admin duties as allocated

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree holders in any fields!

· Working experience in accountancy/audit would be a plus!
