- Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targe
- Generate and identify sales leads
- Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential customers
- Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
- Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation, and market share
- Enhance the company brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience (solution/security-related preferred) in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
