The Accounts Executive/ Senior Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the organisation and related entities. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation and related entities.

Responsibilities:

Full Set Account and Financial Management

• Perform full set account.
• Manage daily financial operations of the organisation and related entities with follow the financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the efficient and effective use of organisations funds.
• Monitor and manage budget, expenses, and revenue streams for the organisation and related entities.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for review by senior management and the organisations' governing body.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
• Manage and perform the processing of payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
• Manage and perform accounts receivable, including tracking donations, issuing receipts, and coordinating with donors or members and clients.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper documentation and recording of transactions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Monitor budget performance and prepare periodic financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Relations

We’re looking to fill a newly created position as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive. In this role, you will focus on new revenue sales across a dedicated named account list of enterprise customers.

This is a “land and expand” opportunity amongst enterprise organizations. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage 5-8 existing customer accounts and your focus will be nurturing and expanding partnerships with these clients. Additionally, you’ll engage with 5 prospective customers, identifying an entry point to introduce Dynatrace.

What you will be focusing on as an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive

• Execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.
• Drive new logo acquisition; while working with existing customers to retain and expand Dynatrace usage.
• Consult with Vice President and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace relative to the competition.
• Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new and existing markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.
• Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
• Work closely and co-sell with Dynatrace functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
• Ensure your customers’ implementations are wildly successful.
