This role will serve as part of a team that is responsible for managing a key financial institution headquartered in Singapore spanning multiple markets and business lines, with a specific focus on Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS), as well as Acquiring, Ecosystems and Value-added Services.  You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. • Assists the Account Manager in business support and management 

• Assists in providing timely responses to client requests

- Full set of account AP, AR ,GL and Job costing.

- Responsibility for accurate and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with Finance Reporting

- Banking and treasury operations - issue payment, LC, TR, BG, etc.

- GST accounting and compliance

- Cashflow management and reporting, including petty cash.

- Project cost control & allocation, revise budgeting cost

- Prepare financial reporting, monitoring and analysis

- Monitoring of collection

- Liaise with auditor

- Liaise with tax agent in yearly income tax compilation and gather information for tax submission

- Data Entry. Stock take.

- Knowledge of ACCPAC

- Special projects as may be assigned from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and update of AP/AR management sheet and issue invoices where necessary
2. Timely filing of DOs, sales and supplier invoices, accounting documents and related journals.
3. Helping with fixed asset register updating, monthly/yearly schedules for management reporting and auditing purposes.
4. Assisting in bank books daily entries, banking transactions reconciliation, petty cash tracking and verification.
5. Responsible to provide daily sales updates and weekly collection/dunning updates – also taking an active role on AR collections.
6. Preparing payment vouchers for scheduled and ad-hoc payments to suppliers and for import shipment clearance.
7. Assist in verifying and reconciliation of consignment stock.
8. Checking workers timecard & process for workers payroll
9. To perform any ad-hoc reports and jobs as and when requested by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience required.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently.
• Team player with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines.
• Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
• Preferably with experience in construction background
