The audit semi-senior works as part of an audit team or takes responsibility for running the audit, working directly with the client under audit manager and partner supervision. The audit semi-senior supervises the audit process to ensure that our audits are of high quality. Reporting to the Finance Manager functionally, the Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible in the reconciliation and clearing out of overdue Account Receivable for our Philippines market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Verify discrepancies, reclassify, post and record accounts receivables’ data

· Prepare billing and Statement of Account (SOA) to clients (overdue accounts receivable).

· Contact clients to discuss their overdue accounts and do AR reconciliation with clients.

- Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures

- Provide data for budgeting and forecasting activities.
