• Send Statements of Accounts to customers after the month-end A/R closing process.
• Extract and verify unbilled items in AR closed orders following order completion, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding or overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure all receipts are properly recorded and supported by corresponding payment advice.
• Prepare billing-related reports to ensure completeness and accuracy in billing records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards as part of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Contribute to achieving the policy and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Willingness to travel to the Pioneer area for work assignments

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
