The Audit Supervisor is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement. He/She works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement. He/She also works closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships. He/She is able to identify unethical behavior and react based on the applicable ethical principles.

The Audit Supervisor operates in work contexts that are less standardization and unanticipated changes can be frequent due to changes in the external environment.

Candidate is required to plan, co-ordinate and supervisor various audit assignments for review by the engagement manager or partner. He/She will manage a portfolio of engagements to deliver high quality audit services. He/She will also provide leadership on audit engagements which include client acceptance process, engagement planning, execution and finalisation of an audit engagement. He/She is fully accountable for the audit engagement and ensures that the engagement progress against budget and timeline is closely monitored.

1. Ensure the restaurant is run in an efficient manner and proper service is offered at all times

- Manage restaurant environment, handle and schedule regular maintenance and upkeep of restaurant, such as pest control, servicing, etc

- Ensure balanced allocation of duties and shift to staff, following regulated work hours and rest days

- Liase with Hotel team for breakfast and day to day F&B needs

2. Handle customer and Hotel feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times, resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively

- Manage restaurant inventory levels, handling purchasing of necessary items when necessary

3. Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role

- Familiar with International restaurant menus and operations flow, POS Systems

- Meticulous with an eye for details

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast-paced environment

- Able and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as business dictates

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and administration using SAP system
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, and leave balances.
• Ensure compliance, integrity and confidentiality of payroll information. Ensure that appropriate certification and approvals are in place
• Support employees, provide assistance with payroll-related issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with the HR department on employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software updates.
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in payroll processing including computation/payment of salary, annual increment, bonus, allowances and statutory contributions
• Has experience processing of at least 50 headcounts
• Have intermediate knowledge in Excel including common formulas such as Vlookup, pivot table
• Preferred Course of Studies in Business Administration or Human Resource or Accountancy or Finance
• IT savvy with excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and strong appreciation for current and upcoming technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics, artificial intelligence and other tools (e.g. Access, Macros, Power Query, VBA, Tableu, PowerBI) will be advantageous
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll software (SAP) will be advantageous

Job purpose:

As a Director in Structured Export & Trade Finance (m/f/d) based in Singapore, you are the central point of contact at Commerzbank for origination, structuring and execution of export finance transactions for the Asia-Pacific region.

You have several years of experience in export finance within the Asia-Pacific region and you have established contacts with representatives of ministries, banks and corporates in the Asian market.

In your new role, you focus on developing business opportunities for export finance transactions in selected Asian-Pacific countries and maintain regular contact with the relevant stakeholders, including Asian Export Credit Agencies. You work closely with our regional offices in Asia and jointly explore market and product developments.

You originate transactions, secure mandates and together in a transaction team, you lead as Transaction Director the structuring and execution of ECA covered financings. This includes coordinating relevant internal and external stakeholders, preparing documents for transaction-specific decision-making processes, and coordinate loan agreement and insurance documentation.

Key activities:

• Act as a Transaction Director with SETF franchise to originate, structure and execute financing transactions under ECA covered scheme to mainly emerging market borrowers across Asia.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with Asian borrowers, Exporters and Export Credit Agencies.
• Manage the internal approval process efficiently and effectively, maintaining a good reputation towards credit.
