Job Responsibilities:

1. Possess comprehensive understanding of allocated accounts, identifying customer challenges and needs, and offering comprehensive solutions with the firm's range of products and services.
2. Thoroughly cover assigned accounts through detailed analysis, identifying new sales opportunities.
3. Develop sales opportunities through various communication channels including face-to-face meetings, written correspondence, and telecommunication.
4. Successfully close sales opportunities to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all product lines.
5. Demonstrate expertise in large account selling and cross-selling, fostering a team-oriented sales environment, and engaging in meaningful discussions with C-level executives.

This is a full-time on-site role Account located in Singapore.

Your responsibility will be:

- To close full set of books, preparation of annual financial statements,

- Preparation of GST returns, preparation of tax returns with tax computations, accounts -payable payment support service, any other tailor made management reports.

- Assist clients with accounting, payroll, GST and Corporate Tax related issues

- Adding some admin tasks.

Job Description :

• Responsible for maintaining a full set account (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account and bank reconciliation, fixed assets etc.)
• File Quarterly GST return
• Reporting to the Manager, follow-up and work closely with various department stakeholders on project or others
• Inventory management (Costing, Month-end reconciliation)
• Perform month end closing, monthly reconciliations for financial reporting
• To provide backup support to assist in other functions of the accounting team
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor on a time-to-time basis
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors and company secretary for all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Pay employee's claims by verifying claims applications and receipts
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Accounting and Finance Manager

Requirement :

• Higher certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Able to commit 5.5 days work per week
