The Job

• Promptly responding to customer queries via e-mail, live chat, video, phone

• Based on customers' order and arrange for shipments, deliveries, import/export requests documentations (i.e. preliminary packing list, deliSvery note, POD, safety data sheet, bill of lading)
• Creation of Certificate of Origin and export documents
• Managing LC negotiation with customers/bank
• Creating Purchase Requisition for non-standard materials and installation with direct contact with installers
• Collection of documents for Export control procedure with relevant registration/record

The Talent

The successful candidate is someone hands-on, able to implement processes and procedures, and comfortable working in a lean set up. This is the only headcount in Internal Audit.
