Responsibilities

• Sole focus on the Indonesian market from Singapore
• Exceed annual sales targets
• Develop an Enterprise Account Plan for each enterprise account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
• Prospecting, building pipeline and selling Coupa cloud-based spend management solutions to enterprise Coupa clients
• Engage with C-level prospects to position Coupa’s enterprise value proposition and quarterback the deal to closure
• Adopt the concept of Business Value Selling within the context of the Challenger Sale model
• Provide proactive, trusted thought leadership to target accounts
• Co-sell with Resellers and Alliance Partners as needed (Resellers and Partners are acquired and managed by the Coupa Alliances team out of Coupa Asia in India and in locations around the globe)
• Orchestrate client and internal teams to collaboratively build Joint Vision Roadmaps outlining the value that Coupa will deliver and the investments the client will need to make
• Create and execute Field Sales Campaigns to create demand
• Develop and deliver world-class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
• Implement our Coupa Sales Best Practices
• Forecasting accurately (benchmark +/- 10%)
• Maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com
• Develop and deliver world-class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
• Engage with C-level prospects to position Coupa’s enterprise value proposition and drive deals to closure
• Adopt the concept of Business Value Selling within the context of the Challenger Sale model (http://www.executiveboard.com/exbd-resources/content/challenger/index.html)
• Align overall value messaging targeted towards the chief economic buyer in target accounts
• Build out an account penetration model that encourages multi-angle access into key accounts

Requirements

• Native speaker and writer of Bahasa
• Minimum 7+ years of direct sales experience in the software industry
• The eligible candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful career with extensive direct sales and business development experience in India and should be able to provide direct references in India who can attest to the acclaimed experience
• Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota (SaaS)
• Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CFOs and CPOs
• Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
• Ability to prospect within greenfield accounts
• Organized and specific experience with enterprise account planning
• Focused on selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on “features & functions”
• Ability to identify enterprise client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client
• Equally successful at engaging with all levels in an organization (bottom-up & top-down)
• Assertive, Passionate, Consultative, loves to compete and win

Job Requirements

Communication:

• Building and maintaining daily and long-term relationships with vendors is a crucial aspect of the role that directly impacts account growth and retention strategies.
• Coordinating support services globally, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse teams and deliver results on a global scale.
• Conducting regular internal and external business reviews with team members in all regions and with Executive Sponsors.
• Working with internal company resources to achieve business goals, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure that the company's speciality services support client needs while achieving acceptable margins.
• Provide strategic direction, support, and coaching to team members and evaluate their performance while overseeing and resolving employee relations issues.
• Managing a highly skilled team of employees.
• Engaging in all strategic RFQ opportunities.
• Ensuring timely and thorough administration of ISO Compliant corrective processes from defect awareness to corrective action implementation and completion.
• The role will involve 50% client-facing activities.

Financial:

• Ensures that processes and performance are consistent, allowing the company to scale and grow effectively
• Manages costs and revenue to ensure that the assigned account(s) achieve their Earnings before Interest, Depreciation, Taxes and Amortization (EBIDTA) targets
• Ensures global compliance with the collections process to invoice customers correctly and collect payments on time
• Maintains accounts receivable (AR) below a specific percentage per the company's goals.

What you will bring to Coupa:

● Have 2 years of experience selling a SaaS solution in the Thai market.

● Proficiency in English language

● As this is focusing on the Thailand market, partners and prospects. Proficiency in Thai is essential.

● Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota in an enterprise SaaS environment

● Strong executive presence

● Expertise in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large 6-figure deals

● A history of pro-actively hunting new business

● Strong organisational capability and specific experience with enterprise account planning

● Experience selling business value to Finance and Business customers using return on investment and TCO models, rather than challenging on “features & functions”

● Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop outstanding and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client

● Compassion and is successful at engaging with all levels in an organisation

● A strong focus on forming relationships and working within a team selling environment

● Business Spend Management domain expertise (ideal) or Enterprise SaaS selling experience
