Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on accounting topics such as Financial Statements, Accounting Equation, Debits and Credits, and other related topics.
Design, develop, and update course materials and training documentation, including manuals and online resources, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Identify training needs and upgrade existing materials to align with industry trends and organizational requirements.
Manage the full lifecycle of training projects, ensuring that objectives are met, from development to delivery and assessment.
Deliver training to diverse audiences, including employees, learners, and external stakeholders, both on-site and off-site.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to learners, addressing both group and individual needs to improve their performance.
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry updates and best practices, incorporating relevant changes into the training curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participants’ progress.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in conducting accounting-related training for various groups of learners, with a passion for imparting knowledge.
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) / Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDLP) certifications are desired.
Proficient in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms, multimedia tools).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on adapting to changing technology and business needs.
Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
