They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Singapore team. The Senior AE will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients with a hands on approach. Those with more experience will be considered for an SAM role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of client relationships and work collaboratively with the team
• Involved in day to day client relationships and providing advice to clients
• Hands on approach on campaigns including drafting and overseeing press releases, Q&As and key documents to a high standard
• Developing and actioning social media plans
• Ensuring timelines are met
• Managing relationships with journalists, vendors and industry opinion leaders.
• Identifying client objectives and which channels are best to achieve their goals
• Stay current on industry trends and developments, particularly within arts and culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Monitoring progress of projects and campaigns

Requirements:

• 4+ years of PR and Comms experience
• PR and Communications agency experience is ideal but not essential
• An interest or passion in art and culture is essential
• Experience in B2B Corporate communciations is preferred, especially topics such as Finance and Fintech
• Strong network within regional media, ideally with B2B trade media
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to be hands on across advising clients and executing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Requirements

• ITE certificate or Diploma in Accounting

• 1 year of work experience in accounts or basic understanding of accounting.

• PC Literate, proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Experience in handling high volume of transaction

• Good communication skills and good team player

1. Perform document checks on Instruction (i.e., Board Resolution, Structured Form) for change of account signatories.
2. Conduct ID&V (identification & Verification) where EWSS (Enterprise-Wide Surveillance System) screening is performed for new directors and/or new-to-bank signatory.
3. Create customer profile records for new signers in core banking systems
4. Compare & identify required changes for account signatories
5. Ensure account signatories details and account operating requirements are properly maintained and updated.
6. Ensure all tasks assigned are carried out in accordance with the operating and compliance procedures.
7. Participate in department’s initiatives (process improvements, system enhancements etc.) e.g., Work across business and technology lines and functions to define, analyze and lead improvements to business processes and procedures in line with best practice, regulatory and legal compliance.
8. Ensure all requests are processed within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA)
9. Coordinate and follow up discrepancy items with relevant parties promptly and escalate any exceptions to supervisor.
10. Understand the bank policies on AML/CFT, information protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance and report problem and exceptions to supervisor at once.
11. Attending to email & phone enquiries from BUs (Business Unit) and other teams
12. Handle internal customer complaint tactfully and ensure responsive problem solving for enquiries from branches and other units / parties.
13. Stakeholder Management with Regional Ops and Product Team, Risk & Control
14. Accept any ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. Experience: Relevant experience in operational controls and pre-check capabilities within a Corporate Banking setting.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications.
4. Mindset: Strong control and process management mindset with attention to detail and the ability to conduct deep-dive investigations.
5. Judgment: Ability to exercise sound judgment on transaction monitoring and escalate red flags as needed.
6. Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge and work experience in corporate banking and associated process life cycles.
7. Attitude: Passionate about driving change with a can-do attitude when faced with challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of period-end FA reports (e.g. Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and the Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management and statutory reporting and audit reviews. This includes reviewing of the asset count, performing FA reconciliation and investigating discrepancies (i.e. add, retire or rectify erroneous transactions reported by users via service requests or identified when reviewing expenditure)
• Review development expenditure to assess correct treatment of expenditures for asset capitalisation, before capitalising the assets.
• Maintain standards of excellence for FA processes by facilitating the learning of HTDs through conducting trainings, providing guidance on FA matters (i.e. ensure FA related SOPs are adhered to) and implementing process changes to strengthen governance and control.
• Participate in automation initiatives and process improvement projects (e.g. use of tools such as RPA bots or data analytics dashboards) to enhance work efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting
• Prior experience in Audit will be an advantage
• Prior experience in using SAP will be an advantage
