Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Perform daily operational accounting functions (i.e. AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and report
• Processing payment to suppliers and staff expenses
• Preparation of quarterly GST declaration
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters
• Able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
• Responsible, Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision

You have a good understanding of how marketing work based on your relevant field of study. You can establish and build relationships internally and with working level clients. You’re driven to learn and understand the job function of the client servicing team include performing fairly menial tasks which are part of client servicing scope. You are a believer that data and creativity will drive transformation. Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects with cross-reporting to key stakeholders.

Expectations of an Account Servicing Intern

• Responsible for administrative tasks including but not limiting to billing advices, preparing cost estimates, quotation, writing minutes, deck beautifications etc
• Support supervisor in project management include updating project briefs and timeline
• Coordination work during pre and post shoot
