Charter :
Successful candidate will utilize their proven experience in international logistics to identify, qualify and collaborate with sales and operations on specifically targeted Key Accounts. Growing existing networks within the client's organization and becoming a trusted advisor enabling significant growth of the business through both cross and up-selling activities. Geographical coverage will be Europe / US. Minimum criteria is that the representative will grow their account(s) by a minimum of 10% per annum.
Primary Responsibility :
§ Take ownership of the clients day to day activities conducting periodic reviews and delivering a road map with each of the nominated account(s)
§ By the single point of entry into the client organization
§ Facilitate and coordinate internal resources (ops, sales, other where appropriate) to ensure positive outcomes in growing the business
§ Build deeper insight and relationships within the customers business
§ Own all existing and new contracts and ensuring timely and effective responses to RFI/RFP’s
§ Work closely with each region; use available resources from the group to transfer and share all knowledge about clients business being the advocate for their clients organization
Qualifications & Education :
§ Minimum of five years of strategic sales and/or chemical logistics sales experience.
§ Self starter
§ Track record of creating and enabling revenue streams.
§ Solid knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
§ Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong in verbal and written communication.
§ Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.
§ Strong negotiation skills.
§ Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures.
§ High degree of integrity .
§ Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
§ University degree preferred
