Accounts Duties

• Understand business profits and financial position
• Monitor and aging status, and keeping tabs on operation expenses
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, gathering information to make prospects and forecast
• Assist with payroll and human resource matters
• Assist with local and overseas payments
• Ensure accurate and up to date accounts
• Work with external accounting agency on monthly bookkeeping matters
• Ensure compliance with all internal compliance, audit and tax regulations
• Ability to perform quarterly GST filing (should the function be transferred internally)

Admin/ Warehouse Duties

• Researching and organizing data requested by Directors and Operations Manager
• Compiling and processing expense reports for the company
• Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
• Office duties such as sourcing and managing office/ showroom supplies and handling the filing system.
• Management of sub-tenants eg. invoice and collection for monthly rental and resolving/ liaison for tenant feedback or issues.
• Management of the company's insurance policies and requirements.
• Assist with correspondence and coordination with freight forwarders for local customs clearance and GST permit.
• Assist with Warehouse and inventory admin duties.
• Coordinate tasks with every member of the company. Ensure smooth execution of daily operations with respective sections and teams.
• Assist with ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties

· Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

· Actively contributing to the achieving of the sales objectives

· Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers

· Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations

· Preparing of quotation based on customer requests

· Generate quotation, purchase orders (PO), sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), Handover Form, purchase requisitions, work orders, payment and sales reports

· Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers

· Performs another sales or admin related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications

· Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency

· Able to work independently as well as in a team and willing to learn

· Proficient in MS Office

· Best with social media skills

· With or without experience

· Must be willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure overall financial compliance and maintenance of accounting records.

2. Learn and use accounting software

3. Support with the timely and accurate closing of monthly financial accounts, comprising Account Payables, Account Receivable and General Ledger function and preparation of audit schedules

4. Bank Reconciliation and monitoring of AR AP aging.

5. Review and exercise Credit control for customers.

6. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting

2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg. Excel and Word

3. Clear understanding of accounting standard and practices

4. Able to communicate in written and verbal for English and Chinese.

5. Organised, meticulous and detailed.

6. 5 day work week.

This role will support the team leader to manage retainer and brand campaigns, including day-to-day client liaison, taking client brief, strategic planning, and management of the team to deliver ongoing work. Experience working on social and digital campaigns for clients in leading integrated communications agency. A good understanding on PR agency and has good relationship with media relations preferred.

Responsibilities:

Account & Project Management (40%)

• Initiate and join client meeting cross agencies partners/cross functions
• Craft formal and persuasive emails to clients and be a reliable client contact point
• Brief and collaborate with internal supporting teams to write proposal, client presentation and execution
• Oversee the quality of junior team members’ deliverables
• Meet client's deadlines and their expectations on deliverables
• Manage budget, quotation, and finance process
• Lead team to finish project report, highlighting insightful learnings

Media/Influencer Relation (30%)

• Own solid media & social media resources and relations with fashion, lifestyle and consumer
• Capable of pitching media/influencer editorial features and earn coverage
• Identify celebrities and influencers to build and maintain good relations with brand
• Media management and ability to QC media contents (including video and image)

Content Development (10%)

• Draft press release, speeches, rundown, briefing books, media & KOL brief, video footage, etc.
• Review juniors' deliverables

Research & Planning (10%)

• Develop presentations and proposals with industry know-how
• Interpret data into follow up actions

New Business Support (10%)

• Support line manager to develop new business in terms of client daily communication, pitch proposal development

Requirements:

• Deg in PR, Communications etc
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Integrated comms agency background, servicing Lifestyle, Fashion, Consumer verticals
• Possess strong presentation skills
• An efficient logical thinker who can prioritize his/her work according to client needs
• A team player and good communicator
