Roles & Responsibilities
- Risk assessment, vulnerability management, and developing compliance frameworks to protect cardholder data.
- Asset and incident management (Handling Change Request & Incident tickets in large-scale) and provides operational support such as incident resolution, Incident escalation, Critical situation disposition and closure.
- Installing and troubleshooting Symantec, MS-Defender, McAfee endpoint encryption, CrowdStrike, CarbonBlack , GuardiCore Anti-virus products and analysed malware behaviour & vulnerability closure in Endpoints and Servers.
- Working knowledge of client deployment build technologies, software distribution, Implementation and Migration activities.
