Purpose of the Job

Reporting to Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting for a full set of accounts; monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
• Main PIC to work closely with Shared Service Centers (SSC) on posting/reviewing of daily/month-end closing journal entries
• Prepare external audit deliverables and support Group reporting requirements on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Perform monthly variance analysis on B/S & P/L
• Prepare and review intercompany cost allocation and recharges/billings
• Work closely with Business PICs to ensure that accruals are accurately recorded in the books
• Support in the training of new joiners on Finance policies
• Prepare presentation materials periodically for the management (Financial / Managerial accounting matters)
• Work with internal or regional teams for continuous improvement of processes
• Support key regional projects including new / changes in accounting standards, financial systems
• Continuously improve and optimize our financial workflows and conventions and use existing technology tools and applications to increase efficiency and automation

• Support Finance Manager in guiding a team of Finance Executives on day-to-day Finance operations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience with a mix of Big 4 accounting firm and commercial experience
• CPA/CA or equivalent preferred
• Experience in SAP is required
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company procedures.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business sense with good financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with building financial / budgeting models

• Work with teams to drive growth with customers. Build and grow long-term C-level relationships with regional client decision makers and their agency counterparts, to build and carry out digital strategies and optimize their advertising expenditures.
• Develop and manage global/regional Joint Business Plans across Google products and services, countries, and channels. Work with local Account Executives and team members.

The Regional Account Director for Power Protection is responsible for driving strategic direction at large, regional/global Hyperscale, Colocation and Enterprise accounts to satisfy customer needs while protecting and growing ABB’s Power Protection business.

This will include growth targets for new business and expansion of existing business. While having individual sales targets, the position requires a significant amount of coordination across the entire organization to ensure successful creation of demand, strategic alignment, closing of sales opportunities and account satisfaction. The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of thebusiness models of ABB’s Power Protectioncustomers.

The role requires leadership, large account management experience and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with senior executives inside and outside the organization.

International travel will also be required with this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work (SoW) growth actions.
• Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer’s business and business environment and interprets the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB.

Your background:

• Postgraduate Degree or above, in Business or Engineering field. MBA preferred.
• Extensive Data Center experience and knowledge in the electrical/mechanical industries (20+ years preferred)
• Wide network across data center industry in both EMEA and APAC region
• Successful track record in managing global / regional accounts
• Strong influencing skills working across functions, geographies, and segments
• Previous experience in Electrical (Switchgears, Uninterruptible Power Supplies), Automation (Power Management Systems, Building Management Systems) and Mechanical Industries

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Develop and maintain Key Account knowledge (e.g Strategy, general needs, market)
• Set and execute regional strategies and targets for growth with P&L accountability to achieve defined key account sales, volume and gross profit targets
• Investigate for further / new opportunities and potentials for key accounts in line with company’s directives and levers (e.g. cross selling)
• Coordinate developments of key accounts in APAC with cross countries Account Managers
