Responsibilities:

• Help with collecting and reviewing data for audit planning.
• Use data analysis tools like Excel, ACL, and Tableau in audits.
• Keep clear and organized records of audit work and findings.
• Contribute to identifying issues and making suggestions for process improvements.
• Support the team leader in finalizing audit findings and reports, and gather management responses and action plans.
• Monitor progress in addressing audit issues and control problems.
• Assist in creating the annual audit plan and prepare reports and materials for management and the audit committee.

Requirements:

• Background in accounting, business, or related studies (No experience required for applicants).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Title: Account Assistant (Part-Timer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Accounts Payable function
• Assist in perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in data entries
• Match and process invoices from suppliers with supporting documents to ensure that all payment conditions have been met with proper documentation and authorisation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Contract Terms:

• Work Hours: The part-timer will work up to a maximum of 60 hours per month, with a minimum of 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week estimated based on service utility.
• Compensation: The rate is $12 per hour.
• Trial Period: There will be an initial trial period of 1 to 2 weeks.
• Termination: A two-week notice period is required for termination by either party.
• No Benefits: As an independent contractor, no CPF contributions or employee benefits.
