About the Job

We are looking for an Account and Service Delivery Manager with strong customer service orientation, drive and passion to help enterprise customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

The Senior Auditor is responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. STRATEGIC

• Serve as the focal point of contact for the customer's Regional Offices, and develop & maintain strategic multi-level relationships with those responsible for the various logistics functions of the customer
