Job Summary:

As the Stripe Billing Prime Account Executive you will be responsible for generating pipeline and

driving new business sales within our key target accounts. You will have a defined book of

business and will engage with upselling existing Stripe users on Stripe Billing as well as driving

net new logos. You will contribute to revenue growth of the business by holding discovery

meetings, identifying user pain, creating and delivering presentations, presenting tailored

What You Will Do:

As a Prime seller of Stripe Billing your role will be to manage the entire sales cycle working with

Key responsibilities:

Demonstrate an understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and its applications.

Responsible for initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes and preparations and performance of audit field-work, documentations, management letters and reports.

Assist Team members in performing audit assignments.

Requirements:

ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.

At least 2 years of audit experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Especially Excel.

Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements in audit consultancy.

Description

• Generate daily sales report and reconcile report with cashless service providers.

• Perform daily bookkeeping transactions for AP/AR.

• Maintain accurate entry postings, financial records and statements.

• Manage general ledger and update on audit schedule.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements.

• Handle reconciliation and inter-co transactions.

• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters.

• Analyse accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely GST reports for IRAS filing.

• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agent and auditors.

• Liaise with government authorities and complete all government statistical surveys.

• Prepare monthly Management accounts for Directors.

• Prepare official documentation to government agencies for claim submission.

Requirement

• Preferably experience in F&B industry. Degree in Accounting with ACCA certification or equivalent.

• Prior experience in managing full set of accounts and voluminous transactions.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting terms and language.

• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel.

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin languages is required (in order to generate and read reports and liaise with all English and Mandarin speaking suppliers and internal customers.)

• Plan, organize, and execute internal audits of financial and operational processes while adhering to time constraints, budgets, and professional standards.
• Offer risk advisory support during audits, focusing on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Develop comprehensive working papers and maintain supporting documentation.
• Draft internal audit reports, highlighting observations and recommendations for improving business processes and strengthening internal controls.
• Participate in the audit planning phase to ensure a structured approach.
• Engage in fieldwork and provide status updates to engagement managers.
• Present audit findings and provide recommendations to management on regulatory and compliance issues, including process reviews and control enhancements aligned with regulatory standards.
• Track project progress, manage associated risks, and keep key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
• Liaise with external consultant to execute audits and completion of the assigned audit work
• Develop and improve compliance related to Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitoring of compliance issues and reporting to Management
• Engage in matters related to laws and regulations, including periodic reviews of local legal frameworks and providing insights from a legal perspective.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
