Job Responsibilities:
· Handles Full set of account inclusive GL, AR, AP
· Preparation of invoices, debit and credit notes
· Handle Payroll, CPF Contributions submissions.
· Record Inventory and orders
· Handle quarterly GST Returns
· Responsible for all schedules including but not limited to audit and reconciliation
· Liase with auditors, supporting audit and tax queries
· Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements / cashflow
· Performs other Accounts ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Skills and Competencies
- Min. 2 years experience in similar role
- Independent, meticulous and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Possess initiative, willingness to learn
- Experience with A2000 accounting software is an added advantage
- Multitasking & ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice
