Role & Responsibilities:

• Work on clients’ tax related matter to ensure that these assignments are executed based on the relevant professional requirements and on a timely basis.
• Providing tax advice/ tax planning/ tax optimization project to clients which are consistent with Singapore tax regulations.
• Manage tax audits and queries from tax authorities and liaise with clients.
• Stay on top of tax law changes, evaluate impact on business, handle change management.
• Provide guidance and supervise the work of junior colleagues on the preparation of clients’ tax computations, tax returns etc.
• Advise clients on corporate tax, GST, withholding tax and personal tax matters.
• Provide comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries.
• Assist in training and technical matters of the firm.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Tax qualification or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in an accounting and tax firm.
• A person with positive mindset, can-do attitude, initiative-taker, collaborative skills, team worker and able to work under pressure.
• Strong technical background and willingness to learn new technical skills independently.
• Good interpersonal skill, maturity to work with minimal supervision, ability to meet datelines.
• Good verbal, written and fluence in English and Mandarin to liaise with mostly Chinese-speaking clients.

Job Responsibilities:

The role responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Quality Service Experience Manager (QSM)

• Responsible in providing excellent service to all customers

• Handle mailbox enquiries and resolve customers issues via email communication and personalised calls

• Ensure accuracy of data collected from the customers

• Maintain and update the survey database with proper notes indicated in the system

• Responsible for distributing enquiries and follow ups to relevant teams, stakeholders and departments

• Fulfil the service level agreement by responding to all emails within 3 working days turnaound time and ensure prompt follow up on cases

• Provides daily email summary report to the QSM

• Escalate to the QSM on challenging issues or complaints received through mailbox channels

• Work closely with inbound/outbound Project Experience managers in developing quality service operational SOPs and processes

• Analyses service quality across the contact centre and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction to achieve highest level of service excellence

• Using various data such as contact centre daily service level, customer satisfaction, surveys data accuracy and call/complaint logs to develop strategies and techniques which enhances the overall effectiveness of the contact centre operations

• Train and guide employees to create a culture of service excellence

• Any other ad-hoc duties
