Operations Admin Coordinator/Executive

Job Description

• Assist in overseeing the daily administration of the Department.

• Provide administrative support to daily operations work.

• Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system.

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers.

• Assist in Vehicle Scheduling.

• Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software.

• Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing.

• Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing.

• Perform verification of sub-contractor billings.

• Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning.

• All other job duties as assigned.

• Help with walk-in queries from students, parents and teachers
• Provide first-aid to students
• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry and mails
• Print worksheets and examination papers
• Support of school events
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the school
