We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Aethir, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)'s daily life.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and draft documents as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
• Assist in organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CFO.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Some knowledge of legal and finance concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Mandarin is mandatory to communicate with internal stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

As a Personal Assistant to the CPO at Aethir, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CPO's daily life.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Chief Product Officer's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management.
• Act as a liaison between the CPO, project teams, and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate special projects and events.
• Organize and coordinate projects, ensuring all aspects are well-planned and executed according to timelines. This includes following up on project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the CPO and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
