Summary:
The role function provides administrative support to the HR Department. The incumbent will help to coordinate the day-to-day operations. Provide full support of HR functions including office administration work and any other HR activities.
Job scope:
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits and staff welfare such as handling of employees
- Assists in employee queries regarding HR claims, benefits, and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff welfare needs, including hospitalization, childbirth, and condolences.
- Coordinate the medical examination process, including the preparation and distribution of health forms.
- Create and manage employee profiles within the appointed panels/ system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for employees claims processing.
- Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements for staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Source quotations from vendors, secure necessary approvals, and oversee the procurement of welfare hampers.
- Assist in Hotel and Travel bookings including proforma invoice verification & payment arrangement
- Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities such as team-building, D&D, townhall and projects as assigned
- Company's vehicle road tax and insurance renewal
- To manage outsource vendors on office cleaning services including ensuring cleaning services provider provide the service in accordance to Office expectation
- To conduct sourcing, evaluate & Request for Quotation for HR and Admin related requisition from suppliers
- To be responsible for rental, purchase and maintenance of office equipment
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management
- Min.2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with manufacturing environment
- Familiar with Singapore employment law
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently and take initiatives
- Must be reliable, meticulous and a good team player
- Able to start within short notice is an advantage
