We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Executive to join our team in the Contract and Project &Management Department. As a key contributor, you will support the Senior Manager in the day-to-day operations while supervising the Admin Assistants. Additionally, this role includes a focus on data analytics function to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from project-related data.
• Create clear and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate analytical findings.
• Employ data visualization tools, including Power BI, to present complex information in a visually accessible manner.
• Provide support to project managers and executives by offering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

2. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within administrative functions and contribute to enhancing departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance departmental efficiency through innovative solutions.

3. Administrative Oversight:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating administrative activities within the department.
• Supervise and guide the Admin Assistants in daily administrative tasks and ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes within the department.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain and organize departmental records, leveraging cloud solutions and offshore warehouse facilities for accuracy and quick retrieval.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation and contracts.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Onedrive).
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of data analysis tools, including Power BI, for effective interpretation of project-related data.

Job Description:

The Finance Admin Officer (FAO) supports the department in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance & Billing team. He/She is involved in work that may be related to Billing, preparation of basic Accounts receivables reports, data compilation for finance related reports, and other accounting tasks.

The FAO may also be asked to assist in the preparation of yearly budgeting and forecasting, systems testing as required process enhancement (eg :RPA).

He/She is particular to details especially with matters related to billing / invoicing. He/She is service oriented with excellent communication skills who is able to work independently but also knows how to be a team player. The FAO is able to work effectively with multiple and concurrent tasks with the willingness to offer a helping hand to whoever needs it may it be external or internal client.

Requirements:

· At least Diploma in Accounting or any related field

· Related working experience preferred

· Entry level candidates with relevant diploma are welcome to apply

· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Good communication skills, tech savvy, service oriented
