Responsibilities :

1. Provide clerical support to marketing staff by preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, full set of import/export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration, Monthly delivery/sales reports, issue payment vouchers, etc.
2. Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery. Some knowledge of logistics will be necessary to understand the global trade shipping arrangement etc.
3. Administrative support for marketing staff and guests, help to arrange air ticket reservations, book hotel accommodation.
4. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements :

• Min 2-5 years working experience in preparing import/export shipping documents especially documentation work based on L/C.
• Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Requirements :

• Bachelor qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Business level Japanese skill of at least JLPT N1 or equivalent is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office.
• Business communication level of English language fluency.
• Prior experience inworking in construction industry preferred.
