• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
• Collaborate with the Director and provide assistance with all aspects of his daily work schedule.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and filings.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries. Coordinating with colleagues, and external parties.
• Preparing reports, letters, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensuring proper formatting and accuracy of documents using Work, Excel and PowerPoint
• Assisting with the planning and execution of company events, special projects, or presentations.
• Ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies. Monitoring inventory levels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task.

• Administrative support to all workers’ issues such as accommodation, transport and attendance record
• Assist in raising Purchase Requisition for purchases
• Provides administrative support to the Project team and various stakeholders in preparation, handling, and maintaining of systems record, all the correspondences, and transmittal submissions
• Devise and maintain office systems including data management and filing
• Maintaining, issuing, and keeping inventory record/stock like stationery, tools, accessories, hardware, PPE items, etc…
• Compile and prepare monthly and daily reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, factory, and administrative staff in planning deliveries and shipment schedule and preparation of Delivery Orders
• Preparation of meetings, agenda and take minutes of meeting
• Documentation and Filing Management

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or construction equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative duties will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
