Job Description

The role will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Nanyang Business College’s management team; and offices of the Deputy Dean, Associate Dean (Faculty) and Corporate Services.

Job Description

Administrative Support

• Provide support for projects, events and college-wide initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Coordinate faculty recruitment, special projects and new initiatives.
• Provide support for faculty matters such as faculty data, recruitment, promotion and tenure.
• Provide support to the College’s administrative functions and services with a focus on process, documentation and record management.
• Create, synthesise and maintain data and information to facilitate planning, evaluation and reporting.
• Undertake other related duties as required from time to time.

Secretarial Support

• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, events and classes.
• Prepare agendas and minutes of meetings, presentation materials and reports.
• Attend to correspondences and administrative inquiries in role-based account.
• Schedule and organize travels and make travel booking arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree with minimum 2 years’ of working experience in an administrative role
• Relevant working experience in education sector will be advantageous
• Strong service-orientation with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent time management, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
• Good IT skills, tech-savvy
• Good project management and quantitative skills
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
