We are now looking for an Admin Support Executive (Mailroom) who will be responsible for managing mailroom operations and supporting data quality initiatives. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with data reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
Mailroom Duties:
- Manage office phone calls and address client inquiries via email.
- Coordinate local and international courier services.
- Oversee the complete mailroom process, including receiving, sorting, scanning, and uploading client correspondence into the designated platform.
- Organize and maintain an efficient and systematic filing system.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Operations.
Data Quality:
- Assist the Head of Operations in reviewing and analyzing dashboard data and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Propose new reconciliation methods based on data observations to enhance accuracy.
- Conduct daily reconciliation between Xero invoices and the Sleek platform to ensure accurate recording of all services.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as directed by the Head of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including email and data entry systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
