Roles & Responsibilities

• To chauffeur director and family members
• To run errands and other ah-hoc duties assigned when required
• Ensure passengers' safety as top priority
• Ensure cleanliness (include car washing), hygiene and maintenance of the car at all times.
• Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly
• Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required
• Keep records for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and other related reports
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Job requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving licence with clean driving records
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Personal Driver and have experience driving luxury cars
• 5.5-day work week and flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and willingness to work overtime if required (overtime pay will be provided)
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Good work ethics, reliable and punctual
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual Mandarin and English (to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin and English-speaking family members)

1. Office Management:

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.

2. Administrative Support:

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Record meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee files, financial statements, and client information.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Communication:

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of office activities.

5. General Assistance:

• Provide general support to management, including handling correspondence, coordinating events, and assisting with special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and scheduling.
• N/O Level, ITE or equivalent
• Class 3 driving license is a big advanatage

• To assist in loading and unloading of goods from warehouse to customer premise
• To do stocks take and inventory check
• Warehouse housekeeping work
• Act as Personal Driver to send boss to work and back home
• Familiar with Singapore roadmap and location
• Able to read and understand packing list details

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with 3-5years of Delivery cum Personal Driver experience
• Candidate must has Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Able to perform work with minimal supervision
• Prefer candidate can start work in short notice
