Job Description

• Reports to the General Manager as PA/Secretary.
• Manage the training and development needs of staff and workers.
• Oversee and support projects' Site Admin and Custromer Relations Officer role as and when needed.
• Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
• Taking minutes of meetings, reports, letters, emails as and when assigned.
• Attend meetings and events.
