I. Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily and routine department administration and operations at HQ.
2. Provide support to Joint Ventures(JVs) representatives stationed in China.
3. Aid in collection of financial reports, sort and analyse relevant financial matters.
4. Handle overseas travel matters for the team members, i.e. TR-form preparation/submission, visa application and trip claim.
5. Assist in drafting minutes of meeting/documents/letters in Chinese (and/or English).
6. Perform filing/archive/sorting of JV BOD and related official documents.
7. Make arrangements for personnel from other countries to visit China and vice versa.
8. Undertake any ad-hoc duties when necessary.

II. Job specifications / minimum qualifications

1. Diploma or degree holder in BA/HRM with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
2. Proficient in Mandarin (good written and verbal communication skills) in order to communicate effectively with JV staff or outside parties on matters related to EnGro’s China business. Good English language skills will be an advantage.
3. Willing to learn and understand China/Chinese culture.
4. Able to multi-task or handle works under tight timeline.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and Finance Executive at Snow City Singapore. The role will involve handling financial statements, financial reporting, analyzing financial data, managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters, and ensuring financial compliance. Reporting to General Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Office Setup and Operations: Responsible for leasing, decorating, and arranging the office to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment.
2. Administrative Management: Formulate and implement daily administrative management systems and processes for the company; arrange the CEO's schedule; handle company registration and annual audit-related matters.
3. Human Resource Management: Conduct local staff recruitment and allocation; purchase Central Provident Fund, work injury insurance, and medical insurance; handle payroll matters.
4. Tax Management: Declare Skills Development Levy and handle other tax-related matters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Financial Management, or related fields.
2. Possess over 3 years of working experience, with comprehensive experience in human resources, administration, and finance being a plus.
3. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of independently completing multiple tasks and challenges.
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use them as working languages.
5. Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.

Maintain full sets of accounts, including month-end closing

· Performing general ledger postings and reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

. In charge of Accounts Payables and Receiveables

. Management of student subsisidies

· Liaise with external parties (example audits, tax agent and bank officers)

· Ensure compliance with local regulations (Singapore FRS, TAX)

· Prepare quarterly GST Filing

· Prepare monthly management reports and package to HQ on time.

· Perform standard cost update, posting & review accounting entries

· Prepare audit schedules

· Must be able to fulfil deadline and support other adhoc/admin duties

· Present monthly finance statement to management

· Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or equivalent

· At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

· Good supervisory skills, “can-do" attitude and a good team player
