• Support Marketing Department in various contents for social media, blog articles and bite sized content for websites when needed.

Skills & Attributes:

• Qualification in Sports/Exercise Science, or certification in Personal Training

Job Responsibilities:

• Chauffer Directors and related personnel to and from required destinations
• Keep assigned vehicles free from damage, in acceptable condition, and consistently clean in a manner. Ensure that the vehicle is in proper and safe condition prior to use, and accept responsibility to report any damage or mechanical malfunctions that exist.
• Run errands any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Work extra/overtime hours as needed according to the required workload.

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to [Executive/Manager/Individual Name]. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, a high degree of confidentiality, and a keen eye for detail. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all meetings are prioritized and adjusted as necessary.
• Communication Support: Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications. Draft, proofread, and send correspondence as needed.
